ILO Article 33 on Myanmar in 113th International Labour Conference

Resolution concerning the measures recommended by the Governing Body under article 33 of the ILO Constitution on the subject of Myanmar

Internation Labour Organization (ILO)'s 113th Internatinal Labour Conference (ILC) has started on 2nd June and is being held until 13th June, 2025. On 5th June, Thursday, ILO adopted a resolution concerning the measures recommended by the Governing Body under article 33 of the ILO Constitution on the subject of Myanmar.

Decides to hold at its future sessions a special sitting of the Committee on the Application of Standards for the purpose of discussing the application of Conventions Nos 87 and 29 by Myanmar and the implementation of the recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry, so long as this Member has not been shown to have fulfilled its obligations.
